NATO planes to be sent to Romania to eye Russian activity
NATO will send three AWACS surveillance aircraft to Romania next week to conduct reconnaissance and monitor Russian military movements. The planes, capable of detecting aircraft hundreds of kilometers away, will be stationed near Bucharest as part of the alliance's defensive strategy.
